Its genesis (John 1:35-51). Christ took John’s baptized followers as a nucleus,and led them in a soul-winning campaign in which,Peter,Philip,and Nathanael were the first fruits.
The Importance of the Evangelistic Church ,The need for an evangelistic church in every community is very great,and the value of such churches is beyond human computation.Every opprtunity to win men to the Saviour should be utilized.The entire program of the church be aimed at winning souls to Christ and at building up souls in him. Christ said: “Except a man be born again,he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3) These Truths must be Share with the world.
